Mobile vertical sheet storage rack integrates upright vertical storage structure and mobile walking base, realizing dual functions of static classified storage and dynamic on-site material transfer. Different from fixed vertical racks, this equipment is equipped with heavy-duty universal casters at the bottom, which can be flexibly pushed to switch working stations, perfectly matching the mobile material distribution demands of multi-process processing workshops.
The walking base is reinforced with integral thickened steel plate to balance the center of gravity of the upper stored panels. Four sets of industrial heavy-duty casters are configured, including two directional wheels and two 360° rotating universal wheels, which reduce pushing resistance and support flexible steering in narrow aisles. Each caster is fitted with independent foot brake device, which can lock the rack stably at any designated position to prevent accidental sliding during static storage.
The upper storage area adopts multi-slot vertical separated design, which can store multiple specifications of sheets at one time. Operators can directly push the entire material rack to laser cutting stations, bending processes and finished product sorting areas without repeated loading and unloading of single panels, simplifying cross-station material transfer procedures and improving overall working efficiency.
